Preschool/Kindergarten Bridging ProgramThe CLLIP Preschool/Kindergarten Bridging experience is a research based professional development program designed to increase teacher's understanding of the similarities and differences in the preschool and kindergarten curriculum, and to support the transition effort in linking children's natural environment (home) with the school environment. Participants will gain a greater understanding of home/school transition tools and strategies, in order to increase school success in the young child. The importance of providing program continuity through developmentally appropriate curricula for preschool and kindergarten children will be stressed. |
